We begin with a complimentary consultation that can be booked here. Once we receive your request, you’ll have the option to complete the consultation by phone or schedule an in-person meeting at your convenience.
How long does the project take?
Depending on the size and complexity of your project, a full custom home can take approximately 12-16 weeks from design sign-off. Lead times are adjusted based on our shop capacity and schedule availability. Full home projects will require more time for both design process and manufacturing. Please reach out to us to get an estimated time frame based on your project details.
Do you need a designer?
We have our own in-house interior designers available but we always welcome collaboration with other designers. We will work with you and your designer to choose and confirm all the design details and finishes.
In the case that you don't have a designer, our team will design your space and select door profiles, finishes, hardware, and countertops. In the interest of time, we ask you to select your own lighting, sinks, faucets, appliances and other fixtures. We will be more than happy to direct you to helpful suppliers, and we are always willing to share our opinion regarding your choices.
What locations do you serve?
We serve both local and international clients. We have completed projects across Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area, Cayman Islands and the United States.
Where is everything manufactured?
All manufacturing is carried out in-house at our Canadian facility, with the exception of select materials that are responsibly sourced from trusted external suppliers.

Your quote will include a comprehensive breakdown of all components related to your project; design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, hardware, and lighting accessories.
